Position Summary: An exciting training opportunity has arisen with a leading manufacturer of Heavy Plant Equipment (Rollers / Pavers).Initially starting in the warehouse as a Warehouse Operative, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to undertake further Training with the business to progress onto becoming a fully qualified Plant Fitter. During this process the candidatewill be enrolled on an NVQ course in Plant Maintenance / Engineering to gain an understanding into the various mechanical and electrical aspects of Heavy Plant Machinery. Upon completion of the course - the candidate would then take a up a full time role within the Workshop, assisting in Pre-delivery Inspections and final stage fitting of lights, buzzers and additional components.Roles can include: * Goods in / Goods Out * Loading / unloading* Warehousing dutiesUltimately moving towards;* Undertaking various jobs within the Workshop* Final stage fitting of external components* Undertaking PDIs* Undertake training external and internalPerson Profile/Experience: * Driving Licence * Knowledge of materials handling and working in a storage facility * Materials handling * Good attitude and willing to work flexibly * Fit and Healthy (capable of Manual Handling) * Keen to learn and move forward in a careerContact Information: James Bell Email:
