Role - Temp Service Desk CoordinatorsLocation - AylesfordStart Date - AsapEnd Date - 31/12/20 poss longer (perm)This role could possibly lead to a permanent positionHours - Working between - 7.30am till 5.30pm - 42.5 hours per weekWe are looking for a confident candidate who has fantastic coordinating and customer service experience. This role will be using a bespoke system and will also include high levels of Data Entry using Excel.We are looking for someone who is available immediately who would be able to manage a busy service desk to book in and arrange works to be carried out by engineers.This is a busy fast paced role so previous experience is ideal however not essential.Duties to include-Manage a diary-Organising and booking in work to be completed-Problem solve for any delays or issues.-Data Entry-Customer serviceDue to the high volume of candidates we will be unable to respond to all applicants.
