Job Description

Sales Coordinator - Aylesford - £25,000 - £28,000Our client is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team based in Aylesford.Key responsibilities-

  • Responsible for dealing with customer enquiries over the phone
  • Manage and develop personal customer relationships
  • Managing incoming enquires to the companies inbox
  • Creating technical quotes for customers
  • Checking and confirmation of quotes prior to the ordering process
  • Processing quotations and orders
  • Ad-Hoc tasks as required
    • Person Specification-
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with an understanding for customer requirements
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team is essential
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
