Job Description

HR AdvisorMaidstone (must drive due to location)Part Time (26-30 hours) - Flexible£29k pro rataOur client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team on a part time basis working 26--30hours per week (flexibility on hours and some hybrid working), where you will be carrying out a full scope of HR duties. If you have experience working within HR whilst dealing with Health and Safety and are looking to join an established organisation at an exciting time of expansion, then this could be the role for you!Duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all employees for HR and Health and Safety matters and
  • Supporting the management team on a daily basis.
  • Completepayrollfor 40 members of staff
  • Keeping record of all documentation including annualleave and staffsickness.
  • Dealing with the recruitment process for all areas of the business including liaising with stakeholders, carrying out right to work checks, writing contracts, and performing inductions.
  • Any other duties required.
The successful candidate will have / be:
  • Previous experience in a HR position either in a sole position, or within a small, close-knitteam.
  • Payroll experience.
  • A strong understanding and previous dealing with Health and Safety processes and procedures.
  • A full UK driving licence due to the location of the offices.
  • Proactive with the ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working as a line manager – this is beneficial, not essential.
