My clienthas made £15Million profit in the last year and thrive throughout the colder and wetter periods of the year.You will be managing and delegating tasks to a friendly and outgoing team of 3. As the Customer Service Manager your main duty is to ensure processes are being followed and KIPs are being met as a team. You will be the heart of positivity and upliftingthe team when it gets busy and things go wrong. Ensuring internal compliance duties are being kept up to date by the team when opening and closing jobs on the system.Duties of the Help Desk Manager :- Checking the system for job tickets that were raised the day and ensuring they are following through to completing stage in a timely manner- Raising Pos for jobs and investigating any discrepancies from the clients end- Handling escalations of closing on the Key Accounts and keeping the customer regularly updated to prevent complaints escalating further- Sign off purchases and raise Pos on Jobs and ensuring rates are correct on each accounts after rates have increased- Complete reports such as financial batch account reports, batch invoice reports, Margin reports and PO reports- Delegate tasks to the team and ensure they are keeping up with KPIs on completion rates- Generally assisting the team and ensuring their work load is being completed- Having the ability to put your teams workload over your own workload and deadlines- Work with the engineers to ensure workload is being completed or why there is hold ups- Complete regular one to ones with the team to ensure performance is up to standardRequirements of the Help Desk Manager:- Experience of managing a small team- Proven ability to juggle workload- Be proactive and get involved with the team to help motivate them- Can keep that positive attitude and uplift the team- Reach and manage teams KPIs and deadlines- Strong communication skills and having the confidence to question things- Can be reactive and deal with adhoc duties- Strong delegating abilityTo be considered for this Help Desk Manager role based in Aylesford, APPLY or call El on OPT 2.
