Job Description

Account Manager£28,000 - £30,000We are currently seeking a Account Manager to join our client based in Maidstone. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has experience in a similar role, and is looking to progress within their career.Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer enquiries regarding projects, orders and general enquiries
  • Dealing with paperwork and issuing quotations, order confirmations, purchase orders etc
  • Giving internal support and service to customers
  • Managing any necessary logistics
  • Communicating via e-mail, in writing and on the phone with customers and providing a great level of service
  • To establish working relationships
The ideal candidate:
  • Have experience within a similar role
  • Able to demonstrate good communication and initiative
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Good computer literacy
