Achieve Education are currently looking for a Humanities teacher to join an Outstanding secondary school located in Aylesbury for January 2020.Do you want to join a friendly and supportive community with brilliant opportunities for development and professional growthThe successful candidate must:- Be a qualified Humanities Teacher (ideally with PGCE, GTP, B.Ed, Cert Ed, BA with QTS).- Demonstrate recent experience as a Humanities (Geography, RE, History) Teacher.- Be able to teach History and or Geography up to KS5- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies.The desired candidate will have the ability to plan and deliver exceptional lessons, where you will have full access to excellent facilities and resources within this state-of-the-art school. You will need to be confident in building a firm rapport with pupils and hold the ability to consistently deliver Good and Outstanding humanities lessons.All Candidates must hold full UK QTS and be comfortable teaching up to KS4 (KS5 is a bonus).
