Job Description

Dawsongroup | Process & Climate Control is part of Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions Ltd, the acknowledged market leader in temperature control rental solutions, and has a fantastic opportunity for an individual to grow with a new venture within a successful business.We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Telemarketer based in Avonmouth, hours will be flexible to suit the right candidate with an associated commission structure for additional earnings.Calling prospective customers in England & Wales the position will involve making potential customers aware of our new product offerings and general leads whist making appointments for our Regional Sales Managers. We do not sell over the phone!sKey responsibilities will include:

  • Developing interest in our new range of products for both rental and sale
  • Pro-actively contacting prospective clients
  • Generating opportunities from existing and previous DGTCS customers
  • Ensuring each DGPCC salesperson has a minimum of five new prospect appointments per week
  • Accurate data base management of prospects / potential customers and opportunities
  • Working with the marketing teams in Sutton-in0Ashfield and the Dawsongroup Head Office in Milton Keynes monitoring feedback on all marketing activities
    • The idea candidate will:
  • Be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
  • Have experience within a role that involves CRM systems and making sales calls
  • Be self-motivated and have an enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work
  • The ability to learn and understand potential new marketplaces and opportunities
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Have a passion for working in a customer-focused environment
  • Possess excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
