Delivering excellent customer service
Guiding and advising customers to meet their exact requirements
Ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner
Processing bookings on the system
Updating customers and advising of changes
Co-ordinating with suppliers as required
Assisting in other areas of the business as required

Previous experience in a similar Customer Service role would be beneficial
Someone who loves making a difference to people
Ability to build strong relationships with customers
Comfortable working with Word, Excel and Outlook
