Minster Cleaning Services Sheffield is an award winning cleaning franchise serving clients in South Yorkshire from our newly fitted office in Attercliffe.The majority of what we do as far as our office function is concerned is to do with people. Whether that be our clients of whom we have over 250, or our cleaning operatives of whom we have a similar number. All are extremely valued and we want to make everyinteraction with them a positive experience.As office administrator you will be interacting with both on a constant basis and therefore it is very important that you have an excellent telephone manner, able to communicate at differing levels and are friendly and personable.In addition you will need to be versatile as the role is varied. You will need to be proficient in word and excel and it would be an advantage if you have knowledge of basic HR practices.Accuracy and attention to detail is vitally important as you will be responsible for data entry onto our bespoke software programme which calculates payroll, holidays and billing.
