Job Description

Temporary AdministratorAtherstone, (3 days in office, 2 days from home)Rate: £12.07 per hour, Full-time working hoursWe are looking for a meticulous and experienced Administrator to support our clients team. This temporary position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at managing various administrative tasks with precision. The successfulcandidate will work 3 days in Atherstone office and 2 days from home, ensuring a balanced and productive work schedule.Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Manage and organise office documents and records.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and support the team as needed.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar office administrator position.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and document management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
