Job Description

We are currently looking for a Credit Control Manager to join our well-established client in Long Eaton. You will be reporting into the Finance Manager and overseeing a small team of credit controllers. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Credit Control Manager to come in and take on responsibility of the Credit Control team. This is a fantastic opportunity to return to a Credit Management position if you have been made redundant and to join a thriving business.Credit Control Manager - The Role:

Overseeing 3 credit controllers

Carry out management and training of the existing team

Streamline the existing Credit Control process to reduce aged debtors

Working closely with Customer Services to ensure all queries are resolved efficiently

Dealing with complex accounts

Conducting regular performance reviews and providing support to team

Liaising with business stakeholders regarding accounts which are at litigation stage

Producing weekly reports for senior management

Credit Control Manager - The Candidate:

Proven experience in a similar role

Strong leadership skills

A robust approach to relationships and interactions with colleagues

Able to effectively monitor a team and performance

Communication and organisational skills

IT literate
