Based in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester, our client is a further education college that offers a wide range of courses including Full-Time, Part-Time, Apprenticeships and University Level. They also believe that attending college is about more than achieving a qualification, important though that is.Joining our client as a Teacher in CIPD (0.4), you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective assessment to support learners across a broad range of qualifications including Personnel and Development. The position is to include 2 eveningsa week and will discussed at interview. Managing a caseload of learners to monitor attendance and carry out regular reviews, you willcoordinate off and on the job training activities with employers where appropriate and assess student competence in College or in the workplace.Candidates must be qualified to least a Level 5 in CIPD or equivalent as a minimum. With extensive knowledge human resource practices and an understanding of the HR industry and occupational framework standards, you will have experience of dealing with thetraining needs of learners.
