Reed have partnered with a family founded construction business based in South Bristol, recruiting for an Admin Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis.You will be joining a successful business who have been operating for over 20 years, supplying into the construction sector.The role will require you to provide administrative support including:Arrange transport and accommodationManage appointments and diaryHandle incoming callsOrganise social eventsIssuing of documents and ordersCopy/Audio type lettersCreate reportsFilingArrange meetingsReception dutiesMeeting visitorsRequirements of you:Previous administrative experience, open on sector but construction would be advantageousStrong communicator both written and verbalCompetent IT user, Microsoft Office and any CRM/in house system would be advantageousSage accounting softwareNot compulsory but advantageousWorking hours:Monday to Friday, 8.0017.00 or 07.3016.30FlexibleBenefits:21 days annual leave + Bank HolidaysChristmas shutdown until New YearEnrolment into company pensionOpportunity for progression within the businessFlexible working negotiable after initial 3-4 months of training
