Job Description

TECHNICAL DESIGNER£25,000 PLUS Health Plan, Pension, Life AssuranceSHEFFIELDFULL-TIME / PERMANENTWe are looking to speak to Technical Designers for a building manufacturing company based in or around the Sheffield area. On offer is a fantastic opportunity for all candidates who are looking to join a company who not only appreciates their employees but offers a great working environment.You will need to have the below experience and all candidates that apply with the relevant skill set will be contacted regarding the opportunityJOB ROLE

Advise customers of technical merits and correct application of products

Provide scheme drawings for insulation layouts

Provide thermal and condensation risk analysis calculations for the building envelope

Interpret architectural drawings and survey notes into bespoke designs

Helpdesk support

MUST HAVE

Experience in using drawing software

Knowledge of construction products and the whole building envelope

Construction related qualifications

Knowledge of British and European Standards

Experience working within the building products industry
