Job Description

I am currently working on a fantastic Operations Managers for an independent care provider looking after their Residential Care Home, Domiciliary Service and Retirement Village in Chesterfield. The business is set within 6 acres of beautiful grounds with both the retirement village and care home enveloped in beautiful countryside. The role its self is highly sought after due to its diversity in areas of management and so this really is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to hugely expand their knowledge in the care sector while working closely with the owners.They are looking for enthusiastic managers to join the team and lead with a strong business acumen and a passion for person centred care. Does this sound like youKey Responsibilities of a Commissioning Home Manager

  • Full responsibility for all aspects of running the Residential Home
  • Experience in marketing and building relationships with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in executing action plans to increase occupancy
  • Great management skills for a large team
  • Full and clear understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date an in line with company policy and with person centred care at the forefront
  • Manage the Domiciliary serve within the Community
  • Manage the retirement village in terms of marketing and managing the properties
  • Operations Manager Requirements:
  • Experience working as a Registered Manager with CQC
  • ‘Good’ CQC reports
  • NVQ Level 5
  • Some Multisite experience
  • Experience managing medium sized homes (40+ residents)
  • Benefits:
