Job Description

We have a new position available for a Part Time Office Assistant, joining our client based in Newmarket! This role will be working 15 hours per week on a completely flexible basis, so could be 2 days or could be 5 days. This role will initially be working from home, however there will be a return to the office in the future and you must be happy to travel to the office on a daily basis. The role is located in a position that you will need a vehicle to get to work so please only apply if you have your own transport.Start: ASAPLocation: Newmarket, SuffolkHours: 15 hours per week (Flexible on days and times)Salary: £10.00 per hourDuration: PermanentBenefits: 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (PRO RATA), nest pension, weekly lunch out with the teamDuties:

  • Answering telephone, taking messages, and relaying to relevant person
  • Filing, both physically and digitally
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Ordering materials and purchasing of stationary
  • Updating resident records in CRM system
  • Scanning of documentation
  • Coordination of mail merges for dispatch
  • Skills and Experience Required:
  • Previous office experience with good IT skills
  • Use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Able to communicate across all levels of the business and with customers
