Our customers count on us for exceptional food and service, and as our response to Covid-19 proved, our 6,000-strong workforce is dedicated and proud to play their part in feeding thenationWe are currently recruiting a talented and collaborative Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Ashford, Kent.The role:Our Supply Chain colleagues are a central hub of knowledge, and as a Supply Planner, youll be on hand to support your area of the business in every way possible.The purpose of this role is to manage stock and availability for a specific group of skus to ensure achievement of the pre-determined company targets. Provide optimum customer experience through the interaction between Demand Planning and customer facingfunctions for these sku groups.Accountabilities:

  • Process internal and external purchase orders in line with requirements of specific ERP platform(s).
  • Maintaining company owned stock and end-to-end service levels.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Report on issues that may impact KPIs.
  • Build long term solutions to resolve issues in your sku group.
  • Evaluate and take necessary action for a number of pre generated reports.

  • Minimum 2 years in a Supply Planner or similar role, preferably with FMCG environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of SAP (&) Concerto
  • Ability to thrive in a very busy, demanding and pressurised environment.
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • People orientated
