Main ResponsibilitiesPartnering leaders on colleague casework which typically includes more complex and sensitive cases such as supporting absence, managing performance and capability. Coaching and supporting line managers and colleagues in a proactive manner to resolve cases. Identifying hotspots and trends using data and MI and identify and provide proactive solutions. Proactively owning and delivering on projects. Treating people in a way that supports our culture. The Ideal Candidate
  • Good knowledge of EmployeeRelationsprocedures.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Confident and able to conduct difficult andpotentiallysensitive conversations withbothManagers andColleagues.
  • Able tomeet deadlines and prioritise your workload.
