NHS Community Care Assistant - Canterbury, Kent (Locum) Hundreds of patients across Kent who would normally have stayed in hospital are now receiving care at home through the Ashford Service. The Ashford Team is made up of community nurses, therapists and social care professionals. Every patient has a personal care plan and this may include therapy, goals, support for carers, any equipment they may need and self-help advice. TLTP Medical are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants who drive and have a car to join the team now at Band 2 level. Full-time/Part-time/Ad hoc the number of days you work is up to you.
