The successful candidate will be required to have 1-2 years of experience working in asecondary school environment, with a focus on supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Experience with Autism is highly desirable.Responsibilities:

Provide learning support to students with SEN
Work closely with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans
Promote positive behaviour and manage any behavioural issues

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a secondary school
Experience with SEN, particularly Autism
Strong behaviour management skills
Comfortable working with teenagers
Must have the right to work in the UK
