Company DescriptionJob DescriptionDigital Optimisation ExecutiveUp to £35k DOE+ great benefits Ashford, HybridAre you passionate about Digital Marketing with a keen eye for detail Are you looking for a varied role where you can put your marketing experience into action, with the opportunity to develop a long lasting careerWe are currently looking for a Digital Optimisation Executive to join our Brand & Digital Optimisation team to work cross functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and IT to design and implement digital strategies that improve customer conversion and drivesales.What you’ll be doing:

  • Help manage and deliver the CRO/personalisation/segmentation roadmap
  • Plan, proof-check and analyse website tests
  • Create and report on A/B split tests
  • Update website content using content management systems
  • Test new and upcoming website features or developments
  • Report on website and homepage performance to understand user behaviour and improve experience and customer journey
  • Other administrative duties (website testing, SEO optimisation etc)
What we are looking for:
  • Demonstrable experience in CMS Management and building pages
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Analytically minded, with experience of interpreting dashboards and data and drawing conclusions
  • Open, inquisitive, and proactive
  • Test and learn mentality
  • Comfortable presenting results
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about digital experiences
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
It would also be great if you had the following, but not essential……
  • Direct (or learnt/indirect) experience of A/B testing
  • Some understanding of website management (technical, content, SEO, site speed etc)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools and platforms
