Proactive management and the continuous improvement of your area will play a vital part in what you do every day. Working in partnership with key stakeholders will mean that your area is not only thriving today but thatrisks and opportunities for the future are identified from all aspects, including safety, customer, people, finance, and asset performance.You will lead a team that is responsible for delivering activities on our water network in a safe, timely and efficient manner with the wellbeing of our employees, customers, communities, and the environment is at the heart of every decision.Thames Water is currently insourcing repair and maintenance teams.
