Electronics Test Enigneer / Test TechnicianAshby -De-La-ZouchDays£27000 plus, depending on experienceOur client is seeking a test engineer / test technician tothat products are tested and completed on time to meet customer schedules. You will also be responsible to ensure that failed products are reported accurately and quickly repaired so that preventativemeasures can be put in place where appropriate.As a test engineer / test technician To ensure all products are tested in compliance with relevant test schedules provided by the customer, and final inspection. Test product within the given time scale; using Bench test & flying probe. Fault finding to component level of production boards and box build. Develop and de-bug programs for customers requiring test for their production products. Test and report on rejects /customer returns and ensure corrective action is put in place to eliminate recurrence. Provide assistance to other test personnel as required Good familiarity with basic and advanced electronic components and their in-circuit functionality. Customer interfaceliaising with customers regarding Test requirements or issues. Ability to use basic test equipmente.g.: Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscope, bench Power Supplies etc Complete bi annual 1-1s with the test team .The clientA growingbusiness, who do exceptional work in the prototyping and testing field.
