Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm 2 weeks of 3 and then Monday to Friday 10.30am to 7pm 1 week of 3 Do you want career progression A friendly team Then read on......Our client, a reputable and forward thinking organisation based in Ashby, Leicester are seeking a SERVICE COORDINATORResponsible to National Service ManagerJob Purpose Provide full support to the National Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the service teams across the business areas. Acting as the first point of contact for the customer into the business and dealing with all enquiriesin an effective, professional manner.Duties include:

  • Co-ordinates customer service to provide our customers with a highly efficient and reliable customer support team.
  • Provides supports and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Checks through all engineers daily work and updates on the Service log website including Escalations, Projects, and Audits.
  • Completes daily checks of remote monitoring systems, raising and allocating calls from those checks
  • Coordinates the Fault management system website ensuring it is updated daily updates for all issues which are outstanding.
  • Schedules all work on the website and organises the engineers work on a daily basis also ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Raises new Issues, Projects, AMS Issues and Audits onto the website.
  • Manages projects resource allocation for all Business Areas.
  • Maintains the Service log website, creates log ins for customers and staff.
  • Enters new Fleet Numbers and depots onto the website.
  • Liaises with depots for vehicles to be available.
  • Provides administrative support for the National Service Manager.
  • Answering incoming calls and handling customer inquiries.
  • Provides reports as required across the business and customer database.
  • Deals with stock transactions for field engineers, manufacturing and projects.
  • Performs administrative duties appropriate to the activities of the team.
The successful candidate will be:
  • Computer literate with Word and Excel
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience or working with and dealing with Engineers
  • Previous experience within a similar role
