Job Description

Service Coordinator - Permanent - Ashby-de-la-zouch - £22,500 starting salary rising to £24,000 upon successful completion of 6 month probationHours of work: 40hrs week on a variable shift between 7:00AM and 7:00PM Monday -FridayThe Company is a leading specialist provider of integrated technology solutions to the transport industry, solving complex operational issues and requirements both on and off vehicle.Provide full support to the National Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of allaspects of the service teams across all 3 business areas. Acting as the first point of contactfor the customer into the business and dealing with all enquiries in an effective, professionalmanner.Co-ordinates customer service to provide our customers with a highly efficient and reliablecustomer support team.Provides supports and guidance to service personnel who perform on-site routine servicesincluding installation, maintenance, and repair.Main Duties

  • Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries.
  • Reviewing and updating all engineers daily work on their electronic field management system including Escalations, Projects, Audits, maintenance and reactive calls.
  • Organising the engineers work on a daily basis ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Managing projects resource allocation for all Business Areas.
  • Ensuring the electronic field service management system has all up to date information in its database.
  • Carry out remote system health checks.
  • Provide administrative support for the National Service Manager.
  • Providing reports as required across the business and customer database.
  • Creating stock transactions for field engineers, manufacturing and projects.
  • Performing administrative duties appropriate to the activities of the team.
  • Qualifications:
  • Good verbal and IT communications skills are essential.
  • Existing experience of scheduling engineers work.
  • Working towards SLAs
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft office programmes.
  • Some knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • Due to hours and location you will need to be a driver
