When we receive calls or emails we know we have a guest that wants to embark on a journey of wellness and wellbeing and wants to experience one of our many offerings across our diverseportfolio.This team environment is incredibly quick paced, lively, action packed and full of energy.As a Reservations Consultant with us, you will be highly motivated and passionate about securing the requested guest experience. You will be; self-driven, highly motivated, engaged in our product and have a flair for customer service. You will work to thehighest standard, and will assist our guests with any needs and requirements.This is a fantastic opportunity to join our high energy contact centre team who pride themselves on delivering a fantastic guest experience in a friendly and engaging way. We use Resort Suite as our PMS, experience with this will be advantageous.
