Job Description

Senior Nurse ManagerJob Location: RemoteHours of work: Monday - FridayJob Purpose: To lead a team of clinical personnel who are delivering clinical services on behalf of either Ashfield or a designated company. To manage the performance of the team and individuals to achieve agreed KPIs and metrics. Deputisefor Leadership Member.Job Description

  • Deputise for line manager/leadership member.
  • Manage budget and P&L as required.
  • Lead & manage a team of clinical personnel ensuring they adhere to key responsibilities and understand the overall objectives of the specific programmes
  • Responsible for monitoring and measuring team and individual performance through KPIs, patient and client feedback using appropriate performance management processes and reporting.
  • Manage team development through clear communication of goals, training courses, coaching and career development.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally and communicate in a professional and timely manner. Driving partnership behaviour.
  • Complete all necessary administration in a timely and accurate manner as required.
  • Act as a role model to ensure adherence to Ashfield Engages policies and procedures.
  • Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
  • Ensure all teams and self are compliant and up to date with all aspects of the programme, company policy & governing bodies.
  • Participate in the recruitment process of any patient solutions personnel as required.
  • To actively participate in the co-ordination and delivery of client, team and peer meetings as appropriate.
  • Support leadership team to drive the implementation of the patient solutions strategy.
Job Holder Specification:
  • Current NMC Registration/degree level or equivalent
  • Previous manager experience or equivalent
  • Excellent disease and therapy area knowledge
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Nurse Advisor or equivalent
  • Good IT skills and familiar with CRM systems
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
