Senior Electrical Engineer - Hybrid role. SF Recruitment are supporting a multibillion-pound organisation on their search for a Senior Electrical Engineer. Ensuring strategic alignment to business goals, objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction Company benefits:- Pension - Employee 4.5 / Employer 7% - Life Insurance - 4x salary - Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days work from home. - Hours of work - 1pm finish on a Friday (37 hours, Mon - Fri permanent days) - Employee Recognition Annual Awards and Long Service - Rewards Platform (online discount platform) - EAP (Employee Assistance Provider) Senior Electrical Engineer duties include:- Key customer engagement and relationship development to obtain insights on consumer and market trends, their impact to the companies Power Generation portfolio and how disruptive innovation could be leveraged to drive growth for the business. - Leveraging and harnessing insights from customers and the market to inform on potential development opportunities and expansion of product portfolio. - Collaboration with engineering resources and associated functions to lead the development and execution of key programs to drive growth and expansion of the product portfolio, including upgrades and retrofits. - Provide support to Sales & Tendering on application engineering, the development of sales materials (training, unique selling points) and the creation of technical bulletins (in conjunction with product management). - Drive cultural and behavioural changes by challenging the norm, reviewing process and system alignment to enhance efficiencies and productivity and the development of a strong and sustainable value proposition to our customers. Senior Electrical Engineer requirements:- 5 years + experience of deep Engineering experience of rotating machines within a medium to large enterprise in the Power, Oil & Gas or Mining segment. - A solid understanding of power generation and distributed energy technologies. - Experience within a manufacturing environment. - Experience of development and cost reduction products. - Proven ability to complete projects and achieve results in an ambiguous work environment.
