We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our client the in Ashby de la Zouch area. The main responsibilities of this role is to maintain & update scheduling systems and support the production & planning managers to ensure the smooth running of the department. Your duties will include:Scheduling vehicles into the workshop, ensuring they arrive on time & plan fitting datesDealing with all vehicle documentation Liaising with manufacturers & customersUpdating reports & in house systemInforming managers of any shortfallsSupporting the sales departmentIt is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a flexible, can do attitude along with good administration skills.
