Job Description

The Team & Focus of the RoleWould you like to join our established and driven Property Management & Consultancy team in Ashby de la Zouch We’re looking for an Administrator / Property Manager to come and join our driven team, serving our clients within our Corporate Real Estate - NonOperational PM&C Team. Working as part of a close-knit network across the UK, you will be part of a team delivering exceptional results for our clients, ensuring their properties and assets are being managed to their maximum potential. Our team has becomerecognised for managing a number of diverse corporate portfolios for multi-national mineral, water and energy infrastructure plc’s. In addition, our team manages small traditional Client estates local to Ashby and also across the country including in the LakeDistrict and Peak District.We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our excellent client service standards. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys having a varied workload and managing numerous spinning plates, then this could be a great opportunity for you.The role offers the opportunity for progression, and we would encourage the individual to pursue further training and qualifications with our support as part of their role.This is a permanent, full-time position on a 37.5-hour contract (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm), however we encourage flexible working and also have a hybrid working policy. There is also opportunity for travel with occasional overnight stays throughout theUK as part of the wider PM&C role.In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:* A discretionary bonus scheme* A generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days with a sliding scale up to 30 days plus your birthday off and two extra half days allocated for Christmas Eve & New Years Eve* Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave* An online money saving portal and access to a 24/7 mental health & wellbeing service.* Volunteering Leave equating to 2 days per year (pro rata if you’re part-time)Duties will include:* Working within and supporting the Property Management & Consultancy team to manage private and large corporate non-operational client portfolios throughout the UK.* Liaising with a variety of stakeholders (including clients, tenants and contractors) regarding day-to-day issues, to ensure that satisfactory outcomes are reached for all parties* Ensuring that best practice is adhered to in relation to compliance and property management across a variety of property types including residential/commercial/agricultural.* Creating and maintaining a variety of documentation for property records, such as tenancy agreements, rent review notices, compliance certificates liaising with our central admin hub, capturing efficiencies to improve these processes wherever possible* Maintaining our property management and accounting software package (Grosvenor Systems - Propman) and close liaising with our accounts teams to continually ensure that accuracy of both management and reporting data* Ensuing client files - paper or electronic are managed in adherence with the latest RICS regulations* Supporting Fisher German internal compliance systems such as approved contractors and supplier managementThe successful candidate will have...* First-class work prioritisation* Strong attention to detail* The desire to learn quickly, drive efficiencies and knowledge share* Excellent interpersonal skills* Desire to show initiative, problem solve and take ownership* Proficiency with Information Technology and Systems* Ambition to pursue a career in Business Administration or related fieldWhy Fisher GermanWe’ve been around for a while, but it doesn’t mean we are behind the times!
