Job Description

Our client is an established and prominent manufacturer in the Ashby area. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist Administrator to join their business on a temporary to permanent basis.Initial duties will entail the following:

  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Operating a barrier for clients and drivers on arrival
  • Booking accommodation
  • Booking MOTs for vehicles
  • Being front of house
  • Checking and distributing the post
  • General administration tasks.
In order to carry out these duties to a satisfactory level, candidates will need a background in customer service, able to comfortably navigate software systems, have high attention to detail and are able to manage a busy workload.If you have the right skills and are looking for long term temp work which may go permanent, we would love to hear from you.
