Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator has become available. The company provide technology solutions to the transport sector and is growing quickly!THE ROLE:They are looking for someone who can work autonomously and take responsibility for their role. This job is with a busy department, and this role is integral to the smooth management and delivery of projects. - Support all project managers across the business in managing their projects and time.- Maintain excellent records for all projects, training, costs, orders & work plans.- Facilitate completion of post-installation documentation with the installations team.- Management of project management software.- Maintain compliance with installation standards for the relevant industry.- Plan, organise and execute regular training events for colleagues and third-party stakeholders to maintain industry-related qualifications and knowledge.- Responsible for safety compliance.- Updating project documents throughout project delivery, working closely with the project managers.- Planning routes of travel for the installation teams.- Support in scoping of projects, agreeing on objectives and overseeing quality control.KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- Experience in a similar project coordination role is highly desirable.- Experience in a customer-facing role and managing ongoing customer relationships is essential.- Knowledge of engineering tech would be highly advantageous.- Proficient in the use of Excel and other Microsoft Office software.- Efficient and organised, able to work at pace and with a high degree of accuracy.- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels across all methods is essential to be successful in this role.- A continuous improvement mindset would be ideal as there is an opportunity to implement improvements in ways of workingSALARY & BENEFITS:- Salary £25,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience.- 25 days holiday + public holidays.- Pension contributions.Please apply today.Applicants must already have the permanent right to work in the UK; visa applications cannot be considered.
