Job Description

Payroll Administrator - Full/Part or Flexi TimeTroy Business Services have provided professional bookkeeping, payroll and HR services to clients across the Midlands, for over 15 years. Due to recent growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team.The role is to work within our payroll team to process multiple payrolls for a variety of clients, ranging from businesses with a single employee, through to larger limited companies.To be considered for this role, you must have recent experience in the following:

  • Processing multiple payrolls from start to finish using payroll software (minimum 2 years)
  • Producing and submitting RTI returns and other payroll reports (P60’s, P45’s etc)
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Processing statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP etc)
  • Auto enrolment and administering workplace pension schemes
  • Ideally, although not essential, you will also have:
  • Experience of BrightPay payroll software
  • Experience in calculating and submitting Job Retention Scheme furlough claims
  • CIPP Payroll Qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of Construction Industry Scheme
