Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified Management Accountant to progress their career with an agile, UK group company. Supporting the Finance Director, you will be working as part of an established and busy team assisting with the deliveryof accurate and timely financial information.Your role:

  • Produce monthly management accounts
  • Assist in preparing quarterly reforecasts and annual budgets
  • Produce weekly sales profit and cashflow forecasts
  • Ensure all reconciliations are carried out monthly and internal controls are maintained in line with group internal audit requirements
  • Support Finance Director with preparing margin analysis on an ongoing basis
  • Support Finance Director with reconciliation of stock and maintain assets
  • Liaise with external auditors as required
Your background:
  • Experience in a similar Management Accountant role is key
  • You should be studying ACCA or CIMA
  • Have experience in working in a busy finance department and show willingness to learn new skills
  • Possess strong Excel skills
  • You should be result focused, able to resolve problems, and be able to build relationships at varied levels
