Job Description

T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a permanent basis!As the Maintenance Engineer, you will perform routine and more complex electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installation of equipment promptly to minimise changes to site operations.Maintenance Engineer Job Benefits;

£38,520 per annum including bonus
Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 1pm

Maintenance Engineer Job Details;

Provide a maintenance service which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines
Manage routine, preventative, and planned maintenance of the machinery
Perform modifications and installations
Respond to emergency breakdowns including finding and fixing faults to reduce downtime
Maintain a good standard of housekeeping
Be responsible for the care and safekeeping of all tools and materials
Maintain the engineering store
Work to heights of approximately 12 meters
Complete any other associated as required

Maintenance Engineer Person Specification;

Previous working experience within a maintenance environment
Electrical fault-finding diagnosis and resolution
Mechanical fault-finding diagnosis and resolution
Ability to work on single and three phase machinery
Must have electrical 18th Edition test and inspection
Have an understanding of Atex and its limitations
IPAF or working at heights equivalent
SEMA for racking maintenance
