Flexitime.Working as part of a small, friendly, dynamic team of Land & Measured Building Surveyors, you will be wanting to progress out on your own jobs, travelling to sites across the East Midlands, conducting Topographic Surveys / Measured Building Surveys and Elevations, producing 3D CAD & BIM models and drawings, with the potential to cover all aspects of surveying including Topographic Surveys, Building Information Modelling, 3D Laser Scanning, Utility Mapping, Measured Building Surveys.As a Land Surveyor / Assistant Land Surveyor with a technical aptitude, you will need at least 2-3 years surveying experience, as well as a Degree/HND/HNC/equivalent RICS accredited qualification in Surveying / Geodesy & Spatial Information Systems / Environmental Engineering and Land Surveying / Mapping and Geospatial Data Science or a similar professional qualification.IT Literate, with strong AutoCAD skills, as an Assistant Land Surveyor, you will be familiar with a variety of measuring tools such as: LSS software / BIM applications & GIS equipment / GPS / 3D Laser Scanner / Leica Total Stations / FARO Laser Scanner and strong data processing skills.Your current/previous job may be Trainee Land Surveyor / Junior Land Surveyor / Assistant Land Surveyor / Trainee Building Surveyor / Junior Measured Building Surveyor / Assistant MBS / Assistant Project Manager / Junior Building Surveyor / Land & Geomatics Surveying Assistant / CAD Technician / Draughtsperson / Assistant Land Surveying Engineer / Land and Building Surveying Graduate Engineer / Assistant Surveyor / similar.Interested in developing your land surveying skills Click APPLY!Please Note: Typhoon Recruitment Ltd provides online advertising and response management recruitment services and does not operate as an employment agency or business.
