Job Description

The Team & Focus of the RoleThere has been no better time to join Fisher German, due to numerous client wins and continued growth through our long standing clients, we are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to join us.This role would be ideal for an individual currently in an Energy, Utilities or Infrastructure background who thrives on building relationships both internally and with clients and is passionate about delivering a first class on-boarding experience.The primary focus would be taking ownership of the immediate post bids process, coordinating teams and functions to be aligned to project outcomes and liaising with clients to ensure the onboarding process is efficient and supports both the delivery teamand client.Ideally this individual would be based from our Ashby de la Zouch office however there may be scope to accommodate our other office sites including Stafford, Newark, Banbury or Market Harborough. Hours would be 37.5 (8.45am - 5.15pm) and we operate a hybridworking policy.Duties will include:

  • Working with our Bids team to keep track of tenders and incoming workloads
  • Coordinate the mobilisation of successful wins to ensure our clients have the full FG experience
  • Set up of new clients/projects on various internal systems
  • Client meetings to ensure all steps are aligned
  • Working with the wider Infrastructure Services team with implementation tasks
  • Tracking and recording KPIs
  • Occasional travel to other Fisher German offices or client sites
The successful candidate will have...
  • Corporate or Professional Services background, ideally within Energy, Utilities or Infrastructure
  • Strong client communication - both face to face and online
  • Experience in all Microsoft package but particularly Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
