Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist - initially 6-month Contract Salary - equivalent annualised salary of £70,000 per annum T2M Resourcing has been appointed to assist in the recruit of a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist for this growing business based in Leicestershire. This is initially a 6-month fixed term contract which has the potential to become a permanent role for the right person.What will you be doingIn this newly created role, as FP&A Specialist you will be supporting the Finance Director and Head of Finance, responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

  • Assist with the set up of the FP&A function - design the budgeting & forecasting cycle working closely with business stakeholders to understand key business drivers
  • Presentation of timely and insightful monthly & weekly performance reporting including detailed analysis and explanations that will support and influence commercial business decisions
  • Annual business planning and budgeting with regular review / reforecasts
  • Implement profitability reviews, working closely with the senior leadership team to support and challenge
    • What are we looking forThe following qualifications, skills, attributes and experience;
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, GCMA, ACCA or equivalent) with an excellent academic and career track record
  • Prior experience of FP&A within a commercial environment
  • Highly analytical with great commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management ability
  • Highly organised and target focused - meeting deadlines and remaining calm whilst influencing others to deliver results
  • Self - accountable responsibility but team focused
