Job Description

Company: Ashfield Position: Digital Sales Representative Location: Ashby De La Zouch Vacancy Type: Fixed Term Salary: CompetitiveAshfield Engage is delighted to be partnering with a leading designer and manufacturer of the highest quality aerosol drug delivery and lung health devices for the management of respiratory conditions. This is an opportunity for a new to industry professionalto work in an energetic and fast paced environment. Whereby, utilising digital technologies to arrange and book appointments with healthcare professionals on behalf of medical representatives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to target accounts and book appointments with key stakeholders
  • Work in partnership with field teams to maximise coverage
  • Input and update accurate CRM activity
  • Achieve call parameters and targets set by Ashfield and the client
  • Understand and remain updated on the NHS and other relevant authority bodies
  • Provide the Business Manager with accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity data
  • Liaise with all relevant personnel within Ashfield Healthcare Limited and the client company
  • Adhere to all Ashfield Healthcare minimum standards and SOPs
  • Maintain excellent quality standards for all client programs; adhere to program scripts and guidelines
  • To contribute positively to the sales team and broader account team you work within
Essential Skills:
  • Degree level education (or equivalent)
  • Excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, a real desire and commitment to consistently over achieve any requirements of the role
  • To build rapport quickly and the desire to deliver on behalf of Ashfield and the Client
  • Working knowledge of the NHS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • be self-motivated
  • plan and organise time effectively
  • achieve sales success
  • Evidence of being able to work in a flexible way to manage shifting priorities
