Customer Support Administrators x 8Ashby de la ZouchTemporary (There may be possibilities for Permanent)£28k Office BasedMon – Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm (Flexible once trained)The OpportunityA forward thinking business, operating nationally is in the process of centralising their customer support function into their Ashby HQ. There are 8 roles available on an initial Temporary basis however pending individual performance and circumstances allowing,the company will be seeking to make roles permanent where they become available.The RoleVia phone and email, You’ll be supporting a wide range of business customers in their day to day needs and requirements relating to this company‘s services provided. This will range from organising and rescheduling appointments, handling and solving issues,onboarding new customers and dealing with billing enquiries.The CandidateFirst and foremost, we’re looking for people who are great communicators, clear and concise over the phone and email. You’ll have great initiative in solving issues and be of a confident and assertive persona. B2B Customer support experience along with Salesforce(or CRM systems generally) is preferred HOWEVER, if you consider yourself akin to thew personal qualities outli3end above and possess customer related experience outside of the office, we’re keen to hear from you also.Essentially, you’ll be a proven people person who knows their way around a PC and has the capability (and willingness) to learn and learn quickly.Finally, this is likely to be a singular start date for a group induction and training schedule ( date as yet to be confirmed) however you’ll need to be able to start at almost the drop of a hatPlease apply tor further information and a full overview of this great opportunity to have been assigned to us here at Flowers.
