Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Administrator/Sales SupportSalary: £22,000 to £24,000Location: Near Ashby de la ZouchDescription:Our client, a rapidly expanding carrier brokerage which is part of a global network of logistics partnerships based near Ashby de la Zouch, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join their small, friendly team. This role requiresa confident individual who is happy to take responsibility for the smooth running of the office whilst ensuring repeat business by providing top level customer service.Key Duties:

  • Providing an excellent customer service over the phone and by email
  • Liaise with partners/suppliers to resolve client issues
  • Track shipments (domestic and worldwide) and informing clients of delivery status
  • Booking shipments online
  • Arranging carrier collections and imports
  • Checking discrepancy shipping reports
  • Assist with customer invoicing
  • Ordering stationery and client supplies
Key Skills/Experience Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player: with the ability to build relationships with external contacts
  • Conscientious with attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and administration skills
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
