  • Start Date: 06/03/2023
  • Salary: £19,305.00
  • Site: Ashby (WORK FROM HOME)
  • Shifts: 37.5 Hours per week 07:00am - 22:00pm Mon - Sun
  • Training Duration: 2 weeks
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Required ID:Passport or Birth Cert,National Insurance Number and proof of UK residency for a minimum of 3 years. Please note, as part of your ongoing employmentwe will also need to conduct a right to work verification call.
  • Probity: DBS Check required. Cost covered by employer.
What does an average day look like Now theres a question!
  • Front line representative for customer services, handling calls for Delay Repay, Refunds and General enquiries
  • Processing through a number of client systems for Delay Repay, Refunds and Retail claims, awarding monetary compensation.
  • Advising & supporting customers so their able to travel safely and with confidence
  • Capturing customer details accurately
  • Follow communication procedure, guidelines and policies
  • Setting and managing realistic expectations with the customer, to resolve issues
  • Providing customer service on email responses
  • Using information for basic assessments
  • Understanding basic needs of the commuter
  • Using initiative to decide on the best course of action for a contact
  • Good time management, able to work to strict targets
  • Ability to utilise all resources to hand to get first time resolution for the Customers
  • Excellent PC and Writing Skills

  • Organised and methodical, with an eye for detail.

  • Ability to relate to others in a positive manner and build strong working relationships.
