The OpportunityCustomer Support ExecutiveAshby de la ZouchTemp - Perm£28k Office BasedMon – Fri 8.00am to 5.30pmAre you passionate about customer service and have a positive and friendly attitude Do you have the ability to access the situation and react accordingly in a quick and effective manner Are you self motivated and confident with conversing with internal andexternal customers If so, this role could be for you!Flowers Associates are seeking experienced customer support and sales support individuals to join a forward-thinking business and leading provider in its industry to provide an excellent customer experience through effective enquiry management.The RoleVia phone and email, you’ll be supporting a wide range of existing business customers and continuing to build the client relations by providing outstanding service and support in their day-to-day needs/requirements relating to the business services providedwithin the hygiene facilities sector.Key responsibilities will range from:Taking full ownership of all incoming customer enquiries with the ability to provide first call resolution with minimal disruption to the customer.Planning and rescheduling customer care appointmentsQuoting and processing ordersWorking closely with a number of departments not limited to the Customer Service team, Sales, Operations and FinanceHandling, trouble-shooting and solving issues,Using CRM and other bespoke company IT systems to record and update Case management, pipeline opportunities, report activity, track sales, send contracts to clients, book/reschedule appointments.Communicate both internally and externally in a professional manner.Attend internal meetings and training sessions fully prepared with relevant current data on customer demand requirements and market opportunities, promoting a positive and professional customer focusOn-boarding of new customersDealing with billing enquiries.Ownership of cases once received are dealt with in line with company standards and target deadlines, with the client being at the forefront of decisions made to provide them with exceptional leading customer service.Work individually and as a team to achieve KPI’s and company standards as set.The CandidateEssential criteria for the role is:First and foremost, we’re looking for people who are great communicators, clear and concise over the phone and email.You’ll have great initiative in solving issues, be of a confident and assertive persona with a passion to deliver outstanding customer service.Have experience in high standard of B2B Customer support/ sales administrationProven experience in meeting robust targets focused on quality customer service and attention to detail.Ability to switch between different computer systems and Microsoft programmes consistentlyDesirables would be:Knowledge of the hygiene facilities or consumable industry markets.Understanding of Sales related IT systems and use them effectively to manage pipeline leads and other sales activity.Outbound calling – upsellingPlease apply tor further information and a full overview of this great opportunity to have been assigned to us here at Flowers.
