THE OPPORTUNITY:Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Coordinator working for a business based in Ashby de la Zouch. In this role you will be dealing with Large City Councils and Transport businesses. This is a permanent position Monday to Friday and is the below shift patterns:7am - 330pm1030am - 7pmTHE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Liaising with customersScheduling engineersKeeping customers updated with times etc.Account managementDealing with customer queriesDealing with customer complaintsEXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered it would be desirable that you have experience of working on the phones, have excellent communication skills and scheduling experience.
