My client based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch is looking for a customer service representative.-£10.64-Temp 3month contract (possibility for a perm role)-Monday to Friday-Office based-08:00-16:00,09:00-17:00,10:00-18:00 (Rotating shifts)-37.5h-DBS requiredMain duties include:-Providing accurate information and guidance to our customers via voice, chat, or email-Advising our customers on how to use our services and tools-Helping customers resolve service-related issues-Identifying new opportunities to grow business with our customers-Working together with other teams to make every customer experience outstandingWhat we are looking for:-Computer literacy and ability to easily navigate between different screens and systems-Excellent communication skills-Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset to find the best solution for the customer-Confidence, empathy, and friendliness to offer excellent experience to our customers-Flexibility in adapting to dynamic business environment-A desire to work in an international, fast-paced team
