Job Description

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a growing business based in Leicester. The role provides administration support for the wider operational and business acquisition teams. To be the first point of contact for incoming calls from externals and internal customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible as a team member to: - Be first point of contact for incoming calls, directing the call and recording the details on the internal database. - To complete the sales administration process for clients. - To work closely with the wider operational and business acquisition teams and assist in the administration and formatting requirements. - Prepare monthly and weekly MI reports in line with the agreed SLAs. - Assist the wider administration team in tasks when required. In return you will be offered a salary of £19,000 with office hours Monday-Friday. 3 days can be worked from home.
