Where people are exploring possibilities, leveraging their potential, owning their personal development and growing lasting careers.What does the role involveOur challenging 12-24 month sales program is a hands-on role, where youll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Youll have broad productknowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue, which opens lots of career options for the future. Between serving customers in a retail environment, youll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories. The purpose of this role is to manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximizewalk-in sales and smaller field accounts and provide a high level of customer service. All activities are performed with the ultimate objective of providing Total Customer Satisfaction and driving the Hilti Brand. Youll get hands-on product experience alongside foundational learning from our exceptional learning & development team. Youll quickly learn everything you could possibly need to know about our industry and our productsyoull get to work with our salesteams, our product managers, you name ityoull get the exposure you need to quickly become a leading expert in your field and were here to support you every step of the way.   • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred
  • Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
  • Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months
