Job Description

NHB Recruitment Solutions is working with a global organisation specialist within its sector.An experienced Quality Manager is required to manage the Business Management System (BMS) to AS9102 certification. The role is critical as it enables the attainment of certification of standards in line with the strategy.Skills / Knowledge / AttributesKey Skills / Knowledge and Attributes

7+ years of HSQE Management

3+ years of supervisory experience

Experience working with UK MOD customers and Defence Standards

Deep understanding of AS9102, ISO 14001 & ISO 27001

Experience of OHAS 18001

Experience of CMMI & ISO 44001

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to communicate at a senior level

Effective collaboration and positive behaviour

Effective and flexible team player

Ability to work independently

Highly organised, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work to deadlines

Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

Excellent interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills / Knowledge and Attributes

Experience of quality within a service(NOC/SOC) based environment
