Job Description

Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancing Commercial Conveyancing, Sales & Purchases, New Build, Property Development, Permanent, AscotResidential & Commercial Property Solicitor is required by a Multi-Service Law Firm based in Ascot. You will be a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor looking for personal and career growth opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.The Role & Responsibilities:

  • The successful; Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a wide & varied Caseload, to include:
  • Commercial Property transactions.
  • Commercial Disposals.
  • Landlord & Tenant.
  • Property development.
  • Property aspects of Business acquisitions and disposals.
  • Shared Ownership.
  • Freehold & Leasehold Sales & Purchases.
  • Help to Buy.
  • Re-mortgaging.
  • Equity Release.
  • New Build.
  • Stamp Duty Land Tax.
  • Regularly liaise with Estate Agents, Fee Earners, Lenders & Clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the process in a friendly & relaxed manner.
  • The ability to manage your own Caseload with no supervision.
